If you can't find your organization in our directory, you can create a new profile. Submissions are reviewed by Bonito before they go live — most reviews complete within 3 business days.
Before you create, search
Before you start the create flow, search the directory for your organization. Many well-known organizations are already on Bonito Hub but unclaimed — claiming an existing profile is faster than creating a new one and avoids duplicates. The create flow includes a search step for exactly this reason.
If your organization is already on the platform, see → Claim an existing organization.
Before you start
You'll need:
A Bonito Hub account.
A completed LinkedIn verification. See → Verify your LinkedIn identity.
Your organization's basic details to hand: name, tagline, description, mission, website, location, and (optionally) any verification documents you'd like to attach.
What we ask for
The create form walks you through:
Search existing organizations. If your organization shows up, claim instead.
Basic details — name, tagline, short description, longer mission/about text.
Verification documents (optional but recommended). Uploading any of these significantly speeds up approval. See → Verification documents on Bonito Hub for what we accept and why.
Review and submit.
Once submitted, your organization is in the SUBMITTED state — visible only to you and to the Bonito review team. The submitter (you) is set as the OWNER of the organization immediately, even before approval.
What happens after you submit
We send you an acknowledgement email.
The Bonito review team reviews your submission, usually within 3 business days.
If approved, your organization is published — visible on the directory, indexed in search, and mirrored to bonito.football. You receive an approval email.
If we have questions, we may reach out by email before deciding.
If rejected, you receive an email with the reason. You can update the submission and try again.
Common reasons submissions are rejected
No clear connection to football. Bonito Hub is for organizations working in or through football. If the football connection isn't visible from your description, mission, and classifications, the submission won't pass review.
Duplicate. The organization already exists on Bonito Hub. We'll point you to the existing profile so you can claim it instead.
Misleading information. Anything we can't verify or that doesn't match public records.
Incomplete profile. A name and a one-line description isn't usually enough to publish. The more complete the profile, the easier the review.
Tips to speed up approval
Upload at least one verification document. A certificate of registration or equivalent is the highest-signal document we accept. See → Verification documents on Bonito Hub.
Fill in the description and mission thoroughly. Reviewers shouldn't have to leave the form to understand what you do.
Set your football classifications properly. They tell us exactly where your organization fits in the ecosystem.
Use a real logo and a couple of program photos. This signals an active organization rather than a placeholder.
After your organization is published
You're the OWNER and can invite members, edit the profile, post jobs and missions, and manage settings.
The URL of your organization (e.g.
hub.bonito.football/organizations/your-name) is generated from your name at the moment of creation. Renaming the organization later doesn't change the URL — this is deliberate, so links shared in the wild don't break.A "Verified" badge appears on your profile because the organization has been claimed by its creator (you) and accepted by Bonito.
